About The Job

We are seeking a driven and experienced talent manager to join our business team. This person would be responsible for strategically lead the influencer management campaigns based out of New Delhi.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create and implement a comprehensive and forward-thinking influencer marketing strategy aimed at enhancing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions based on the brand’s brief.
  • Identify, assess, and cultivate relationships with pertinent
  • Creators and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) across diverse platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and others.
  • Negotiate costs and oversee contracts with creators, ensuring that collaborations align with the brand’s marketing objectives and, budgetary considerations.
  • Collaborate with creators to develop imaginative content that strategically aligns with the brand's values, tone of voice and marketing objectives.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including creative, account management, art and production teams, to seamlessly integrate influencer/creator activities into our clients’ overall marketing plans.
  • Evaluate and report on the performance of all influencer marketing campaigns, assessing their return on investment (ROI) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay abreast with emerging trends, technologies, and category specific influencers/creators/KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) within the categories of work our clients/brands operate in.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience working in the influencer marketing industry.
  • Must have: Have managed mid to large-size creator campaigns.
  • Has relationships with Cat A, B, C creators in the industry (including new and upcoming trending creators).
  • Have the ability to scout for new creators and onboard creators within a category.
  • Have worked with celebrities for end-to-end talent management and understand complexities that go with it.
  • Proof of having successfully managed the P&L for the project and assignments you were leading.
  • Knowledge of how the top social media platforms operate e.g.. Instagram, Youtube, etc.
