About The Job
We are seeking an inspired, driven and experienced creative leader to join our team based out of New Delhi. This person would be responsible for leading our creative team, leading the charge on building trust with our existing clients, leading new business pitches for the agency, and growing/training a high-performance creative team.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Engages and inspires teams across a large body of work; capable of working with a small but growing creative team, and with cross-functional disciplines within the agency.
- Being a storyteller on SOCIAL MEDIA first. Master in short and long form video contentformats.
- Attends and provides leadership in high priority project brief and kick off sessions.
- Integrate seamlessly art, copy, and editing techniques, and guides the team across each.
- Deep understanding of platforms that are relevant to market the brands we works with.
- Leads the development and delivery of creative solutions, from content work to larger campaign initiatives for a variety of clients and industries. This includes both executing work on your own as well as managing and approving the work of your assigned creative team.
- Provides high level concept guidance and approvals.
- Curious about new ways of working, humble enough to unlearn and reboot creative ‘operating systems’
- Drives new business development by partnering closely with the Account Management team by networking in the industry. Able to front-face and build client relationships.
- Leads and wins new business pitches.
- Leads HM creative development for specific clients, working closely with clients to co-create when appropriate.
- Ensures that work is outstanding creatively and meets all brand objectives, while providing clear support and communication to the senior management team on all current initiatives.
- Masters industry best practices and be able to articulate the unique Humour Me POV.
- Embodies strong creative vision and understanding of client and agency business needs and objectives.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant work experience at a creative/advertising agency or digital agency with a strong portfolio of work.
- Award-winning work on the portfolio (Mandatory)
- Work showcases across all touch points (Digital + Mainline)
- A coach and cheerleader to all creatives
- Obsessed with people and culture; fostering a people-first, empathy-led culture
- Natural ability to develop and maintain key relationships with internal and externals take holders.
- Lastly, think logically even under pressure and come up with innovative solutions to problems.
