About The Job

As an Associate Creative Director (Art), you will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and executing visually compelling campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with the creative director, copywriters, and account teams to bring fresh, innovative ideas to life. You will also be responsible for overseeing the design process, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring the creative team's output aligns with the client’s vision and brand strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities

Creative Leadership:

  • Assist the Creative Director in developing visual concepts and strategies for branding, advertising campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to designers, illustrators, and other members of the art team.
  • Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand’s identity and the client’s goals.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions and encourage creative thinking within the team.

Design Oversight and Execution:

  • Oversee the design process from conception through final delivery.
  • Ensure the highest quality of visual execution across all design materials, including print, digital, and social media assets.
  • Manage the development of design assets such as logos, illustrations, digital ads, websites, and packaging.
  • Collaborate with copywriters to ensure a cohesive narrative between visuals and messaging.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate with internal teams (including copywriters, account managers, and strategists) to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Oversee art budgets and work within project constraints.

Client Collaboration:

  • Present creative concepts and design work to clients, explaining the rationale behind design decisions.
  • Take client feedback and translate it into actionable revisions while maintaining the integrity of the original creative vision.

Team Development:

  • Mentor and support the creative team, helping them develop their design skills and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Identify areas of improvement within the design team and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technology, and design innovations.
  • Integrate new tools, techniques, and approaches to enhance the team’s creative output.

Collaboration with External Partners:

  • Collaborate with external vendors (photographers, production teams, etc.) to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Manage relationships with external creative resources to ensure smooth execution of projects.
