About The Job
We are seeking a driven and experienced client services manager to join our business team. This person would be responsible for managing key client relationships, strategically lead the existing businesses, and drive performance of their team, based out of New Delhi.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The role of an Account Manager is to be the brand’s custodian in the agency and be the key POC for our clients. We are looking for someone who comes with the knowledge, experience and confidence of being a part of the business team, and drive growth of the brand.
- Engage with the clients, build trust with the brand managers and understand their requirements to the T. You represent the voice of the brand manager from the client’s side within our four walls.
- Play a key role in writing accurate briefs to ensure that deliverables align with the expectations of the brand team.
- As an Account Manager, you will be tasked with the responsibility of ensuring the creative work is as per the strategy and oversee all the campaigns end to end.
- Identify insights and incorporate suggestions into the strategy based on the insights.
- Maintaining the brand's design aesthetics and consistently striving to enhance the visual representation.
- Ensure a review cadence is being followed, evaluate and present monthly outcomes to the client with clear roadmap for the next month and propose solutions to enhance the brand's positioning.
- You will be the key project manager. Set project timelines based on brand priorities and campaign pipeline, keeping the clients informed of various activities to manage their expectations effectively. Delivering quality work based on the client’s expectations will be your KR to own.
- Solicit regular feedback from clients on work quality and areas for improvement.
- Effectively manage and monitor monthly budgets for assigned brands based on quarterly plans.
- You need to have exceptional organisation capabilities, highly diligent, consistent and methodical.
- Serve as the first-level grievance manager for the client.
- Study content specific trends and, provide content marketing references to the creative team, whilst ensuring you become the ultimate voice of trust for the brand within the agency.
- Lead a team of account strategists and ensure the team is delivering day to day tasks efficiently.
- Ensure the teams are well-versed with the KRAs aligned with the brand team and is progressing toward achieving targets.
- Swift decision making and driving outcomes will always trump effort in our eyes.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Marketing/Brand Management/Digital Marketing/Advertising with a proven track record in a leadership position with exposure to all functions of a creative agency.
- Prior experience in building and maintaining strong long term client relations.
- Proven track record of having achieved quantitative business success in your current role.
- Proven track record in business networking, and keeping up to date with today’s digital marketing landscape.
- Proven track record of having championed high decibel national noteworthy published campaigns for well known brands.
- Proven ability to have built and trained teams, whilst fostering strong cross functional team-work.
